Penn State Cooperative Extension will hold a webinar entitled "Post Leasing - Considerations of What Happens Next, Lessons Learned to Date" on Thursday January 21 at 1:00 pm.   

The webinar will address some of the trends landowners have been observing as the gas extraction phase begins to ramp up in many parts of the state.  Some of these trends include negotiations with landowners for sitting the well pad, lease extensions, the addition of roads, pipelines, sound mitigation and the need for timbering.
